Hardware Support & RMA
VExpress provides a comprehensive hardware support service for the products we sell. This service includes equipment warranty and equipment repair services if required. All equipment returned to VExpress is assigned a unique Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number for future referencing and tracking.
VExpress can tailor a maintenance service to fit your customer’s specific business requirements. Maintenance contracts can be tailored to meet a range of coverage periods and equipment coverage requirements.
VExpress have an experienced project management team who are actively engaged in managing every aspect of a PABX installation. From capturing all relevant customer information, arranging a site audit, validating the equipment order, co-ordinating all of the resources required for a successful installation and ensuring the customer receives the necessary training - the VExpress project management team will assume complete responsibility for ensuring the customer's expectations are met.
Post-Sales Technical Support
We are always here to assist, even after the sale is made. We have a commitment to provide our Business Partners with premium post sales support via our team of in-house, specialised technical resources. This can include phone based support at the time of an install, advice on technical faults being experienced in the field and programming advice and assistance. Post-Sales technical support can be provided over the phone or via email.
Pre Sales Solutions Advice
VExpress have dedicated resources available to assist you in the design phase of your customer solution. We can help with the configuration of your PABX or data solution and validate the technical and functional specifications proposed to ensure that your customer's needs are addressed. Voice and data convergence has rapidly become the "norm" for many businesses today and it is here that VExpress' Pre-Sales team can provide you with the edge. The Pre-Sales team will assist you in winning your opportunities from input to your customer proposal, accompany you to meet with your customer in a face-to-face meeting or facilitate equipment demonstrations.
We enable our Business Partners through a continuous program of training & accreditation. These courses are designed to meet the specific needs of our Business Partner channel and provide accreditation upon completion. VExpress can also provide information about direct manufacturer training courses available and facilitate your participation in these courses.
